Mangalore Refinery and Petro Chemicals Ltd (MRPL) – a Government of India Enterprise and Subsidiary of ONGC Ltd, has invited prospective candidates to apply for dealerships across nearly 1500+ Locations in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Puducherry. Unlike previous years, MRPL has launched a dedicated website, MDSP, for accepting applications, and most of the processes have been made online. This removes unnecessary delays in scrutinizing the application- bringing retail outlets to the market faster than ever.

MRPL Petrol Pump: List of Advertised Locations
MRPL has invited applications for 1112 locations in Karnataka, 16 in Puducherry, 400 in Tamil Nadu, and 186 in Kerala. The detailed advertisements of the locations can be seen by following the link:

For ease of application, Mahe district is called within the advertisement of Kerala, while Pondicherry is called within Tamil Nadu State.
Applicants must go through the advertisement to find stretches where they own or have offers for land. Stretches are called within two prominent landmarks in a defined road- PWD, NH, or SH. You can also find details such as the type of RO – DODO/CODO/CFS, Category- Open, OBC, SC/ST PH & CC, Capital requirement and minimum bid amounts, and fixed fee. Only CODO and CFS (SC/ST Sites) will be taken over by the company for completing the majority of the scope of work.

The MRPL Dealer Selection Portal (MDSP) provides a holistic platform where applicants can find brochures, appendixes, pollution, and road transport guidelines, check available locations, submit their applications, make payments, and track the status of their advertised locations.
After going through all the details carefully, you can apply by signing up with their Adhar registered mobile number and email, providing all necessary personal information, including category, and then selecting a specific location for application, with only one application allowed per location, and no editing or withdrawal once submitted. Unlike the OMC ‘Chayan’ platform, users must submit all required documents with the application, including the caste/category certificate and even five land documents. Thus, it is advised not to wait till the last minute to apply.
